Our Services
Recruitment and Staffing Solutions
Founded and run by Registered Nurses, thereby, we understand how short-staff will have a negative impact not only to the residents and clients, and their families but also to the organisation and staff. We have Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Assistants to assist with our clients need.
Quality and Regulatory
Compliance
One of the main takeaways from the recent recommendations by the Royal Commission is that the number of unannounced site visits will continue to increase. Our experience in the Aged Care sector showed us that there are a lot of small aged care providers that may not have an internal quality support other bigger organisations have. Our team can assist with temporary and ongoing quality support tailored to individual aged care facilities or organisations. This includes, but not limited to, monthly quality and compliance audit and risk analysis, complaints management, education, preparation for accreditation and/or unannounced site audits.
Self-Assessment
Audits
Preparing for accreditation should be a daily task. We have expert managers who can assess and assist your organisation understand better how to meet the aged care standards and embed that into your daily operations.
Remediation and
Implementation Plans
Since the roll out of the new Aged Care Standards in July 2019, the aged care industry has faced a lot of other challenges- Royal Commission investigations, Bush fires in late 2019 and the grueling battle against Covid-19 pandemic. There were a lot of instances that even experienced managers with over 20 years in service still struggled to lead their homes amidst the challenging times. As a result, there have been a number of aged care facilities who faced non-compliance in different areas of the new standards. Our team is confident in assisting and supporting your homes and businesses in getting through your clinical and operational challenges- whatever that may be.
Unanounced
Mock Site Audits
Amidst the 148 recommendations in the Royal Commission's final report, one thing is for certain- the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission will continue its un-announced site audits with tightened measures to ensure quality standards are met by each aged care provider in the service of its consumers. We have highly experienced clinicians with varying experience in site audits who can give you an accurate assessment of your needs and prepare you for what it could be during an un-announced Commission visit.
Education and
(re)Development
The key to every sustainable continuous improvement is to have high functioning team to maintain these improvements. For every organisation to thrive and fulfill its very core of operations- giving the best quality of care and services to our vulnerable elders, it needs highly-skilled staff to deliver these services. Our team will not just get you through the hardest of times, but will equip your team to thrive through personalised education and training.
